Yes, indeed! After your order has been processed by us, you will receive the track & trace code by e-mail. You can track your parcel live via our tracking page.

I haven't received my order yet, what now?

On our tracking page you can follow the location of your package at any time using the Track & Trace code. Here you will also find the estimated delivery date and the current status of your order. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this!

RETURNS

Can I return my order?

You can easily return your order within 30 days of receipt.

How can I return ordered items?

Please contact our customer service stating your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive a return form with all the instructions on how to return your order without any problems.

Is the return free of charge?
