Your data will be deleted after processing your request, this is the case if it can be deduced from the circumstances that the matter in question has been finally resolved and if there are no legal retention obligations.

5) DATA LIMITATION WHEN OPENING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND FOR THE EXECUTION OF THE AGREEMENT

According to Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. b AVG, personal data is still collected and processed if you provide it to us for the performance of a contract or when opening a customer account. Which data is collected can be seen in the relevant input fields. Deleting your customer account is possible at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above address of the responsible party. We store and use the data provided by you for the processing of the agreement. After complete settlement of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked for the purpose of tax and commercial law retention periods and deleted after expiration of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to further legally permitted data processing on our part, about which we inform you accordingly below.

6)USE OF YOUR DATA FOR DIRECT ADVERTISING

6.1 Signing up for our email newsletter

If you sign up for our email newsletter, we will send you regular information about our offers. The mandatory information for sending the newsletter is only your e-mail address. The provision of any other data is optional and is used to address you personally. For sending the newsletter we use the so-called Double Opt-in procedure. This means that we will send you an e-mail newsletter only after you have explicitly confirmed that you agree to the sending of the newsletter. We will then send you a confirmation e-mail asking you to click on a corresponding link to confirm that you want to receive future newsletters.

By activating the confirmation link, you consent to our use of your personal data in accordance with Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. a AVG. When registering for the newsletter, we store your IP address, which is recorded by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), as well as the date and time of the registration, in order to trace possible misuse of your e-mail address at a later date. The data collected by us when registering for the newsletter are used exclusively for advertising purposes through the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the appropriate link in the newsletter or by an appropriate message to the aforementioned responsible party. After unsubscribing, your e-mail address is immediately deleted from our newsletter sender, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or unless we reserve the right to further legally permitted data processing, about which we inform you accordingly below.

6.2 Sending email newsletter to existing customers

If you have provided us with your email address when purchasing goods or services, we reserve the right to periodically send you offers for similar goods or services, such as those already purchased, from our range by email. For this, we do not need to obtain separate consent from you. Data processing in this respect is carried out solely on the basis of our legitimate interest in personalized direct advertising in accordance with Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. f AVG. If you have initially objected to the use of your e-mail address for this purpose, no e-mail sending will take place. You have the right to object to the use of your e-mail address for the above advertising purpose at any time with effect from the future by sending a message to the previously mentioned responsible party. For you, this only involves transmission costs according to the basic rates. Upon receipt of your objection, the use of your e-mail address for advertising purposes will cease immediately.

7) DATA LIMITATION IN ORDER PROCESSING.

7.1 The personal data collected by us will be forwarded within the scope of order processing to the transport company in charge of the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. We transfer your payment data within the scope of payment processing to the relevant banking institution, to the extent necessary for payment processing. If payment service providers are used, we explicitly inform about this below. The legal basis for the data transfer in this case is Art. 6 Par. 1 lit. b AVG.

7.2 Use of payment service providers (payment service providers)

When paying via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, direct debit via PayPal or - if offered - "buying on account" or "paying in installments" via PayPal, we transfer your payment data as part of payment processing to PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). PayPal reserves the right to perform a credit check for payment methods such as Credit Card via PayPal, Direct Debit via PayPal, or - if offered - "Post-payment" or "Deferred Payment" via PayPal. In this context, your payment data may be passed on by PayPal to credit reference agencies according to Art. 6, Par. 1, lit. f AVG based on PayPal's legitimate interest to determine your creditworthiness. PayPal uses the results of the creditworthiness check regarding the statistical probability of payment delays to decide on the availability of the payment method in question. The creditworthiness information may contain probability values (so-called Score-Werte). To the extent that Score-Werte are part of the results of the creditworthiness information, they have their basis in a scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical method. The calculation of the Score-Werte includes, but is not limited to, address data. Right to restriction of processing according to Art. 18 AVG: You have the right to request restriction of the processing of your personal data as long as the correctness of your data is being verified, if you refuse the deletion of your data due to unlawful data processing and instead request restriction of the processing of your data, if you need your data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims after we no longer need this data for the intended purpose or if you have objected for reasons of your specific situation, as long as it has not yet been established whether our legitimate reasons prevail;

Right to withdraw consent according to Art. 7 para. 3 AVG: You have the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future. In case of withdrawal, we will delete the affected data immediately, unless further processing cannot be based on a legal ground for processing without consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that took place on the basis of the consent before the withdrawal;

14) DURATION OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined according to the respective legal retention period (e.g. legal deadlines for commercial and tax documents). After the expiration of the period, the relevant data are routinely deleted, unless they are still necessary for the performance or conclusion of a contract and/or if there is no legitimate interest on our part to store them further.
